War Child Alliance is committed to promoting the wellbeing and mental health of its staff working in challenging and high-risk environments. Given the current operational context in Jordan and Syria, and the increasing need for psychosocial support, War Child seeks to engage qualified service providers to deliver professional psychological support services to staff members.
These services aim to strengthen staff wellbeing, resilience, and coping mechanisms through individual and group counseling sessions, delivered in line with international ethical and professional standards.
