The Data Analytics Specialist will support clinical and financial analysis through the use of advanced analytics tools in the healthcare domain. This role focuses on data cleaning, analysis, and transformation into clear, visual insights that are easily understood by healthcare professionals, applying principles of mathematics, statistics, and computing in daily work.
✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related discipline
✔️ Minimum of 2 years’ experience in healthcare data analysis, medical research, or health informatics
✔️ Strong command of SQL and at least one analytical programming language (R or Python)
✔️ Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau
✔️ Good knowledge of medical terminology
✔️ Background in research methodology, including study design, data collection, and statistical analysis
✔️ Familiarity with metadata management, indicator frameworks, and health data governance
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
✔️ Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, researchers, and other stakeholders
