The Procurement Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the procurement function within the organization. They are responsible for executing procurement activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The Procurement Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs, conducts market research, and implements procurement strategies to drive efficiency and value.


1- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including requisition review, supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and supplier performance evaluation.

2- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements, specifications, and timelines.

3- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate market trends, and gather data for informed decision-making.

4- Solicit and evaluate supplier proposals and quotations, considering price, quality, reliability, and delivery capabilities.

5- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing, payment terms, and contractual obligations.

6- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with organizational goals and objectives.

7- Manage supplier relationships, including regular communication, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.

8- Monitor contract compliance and address any performance issues or concerns with suppliers.

9- Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.

10- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to procurement


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
