Associate Repair Engineer (AEC)

To diagnose and instruct the repair of customer electronic items or AEC manufactured items to ensure that they perform to a high standard and meet customer requirements: 

Principle Accountabilities

• To provide engineering advice on the negotiation and arrangement of repair contracts, to ensure AEC fully understands the engineering requirements of the contract, and can price the services appropriately
• To train and advise technicians (as required) on test equipment and items sent to AEC for repair, in order to equip them with the knowledge and skills they require to carry out the repair successfully
• To participate in the management of repair programmes, as directed by the Programme Manager, in order to provide expert engineering advice, and contribute to the effective management of projects
• To provide engineering advice to customers and potential customers on the problems they are facing, and work with them to devise potential solutions and programmes of work in order to assist in the development of the business and the provision of an Excellent service
• Might be requested to work/train outside Riyadh or the Kingdom.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

BS Electrical Engineering

Minimum Experience:

 1-2 years.

Job-Specific Skills:

Ability to lead and supervise a team of staff

Ability to contribute to project and programme management

Ability to provide technical advice to clients and operate.

The ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-experts

Intermediate knowledge, understanding and experience of the electronics industry

Intermediate team-working skills
